3. How We Share Information

This is the section that matters most, so we state it plainly.

With septic contractors. When you submit a request, we share the information you provided with one independent licensed septic contractor in our network so they can contact you and provide a quote. That contractor is a separate business. Once we share your information, their use of it is governed by their own privacy practices, not ours.

With service providers. Companies that host our site, deliver our forms, route our calls, or provide analytics, acting on our behalf.

For legal reasons. Where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

In a business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not distribute your request to multiple contractors who then all contact you. 4. Communications and Opting Out

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used.

The tools running on this site are a caching plugin that speeds up page loading, a search optimisation plugin, a security plugin, and the form plugin that handles quote requests. These set functional cookies only. They do not build advertising profiles.
